DTK Computer FastCom 878TV (TV card) Driver. this .ZIP includes the drivers and the program.
File Contents: The driver, you will ned to instal VIA task manager, it installs lots of stuff, and the "new hardware" window pops up several times. but who cares, it works!
after you finish installing the driver, install the program, and restart.
(untill you restart you'll have a temporary network device, that won't dissapear untill you restart)
