This driver is for Epson Stylus Color 640, BUT I found out that it was the ONLY driver that worked for my Epson Stylus Color 400 on XP! All you have to do is delete your current Epson 400 drivers, {If they are not working on XP, and if you have them backed up too} Then install these. You can change the name of the printer from 640 to 400 if you like. But Thank God I found this driver! Now I don't have to buy a new printer just to go with my XP! Hope it works has great for you too. FINALLY!
