Microsoft Trio H52PT-3020 Driver. Seems to be a hard to get driver. I use it in Windows XP but it is designed for 95/98/NT. I have the hole CD with the setup-program but this is onely the driver. Just unzipp this file and use uppgrade driver and point att the files you unzipped.
