Surecom NE-34PCI C29234PCI2AZ0 (0E34) Driver. This driver works for me just fine. I'm using it with WinXP Pro SP1. This driver came with winbond card and was designed for W2K. However I made some corrections to the original inf file so WinXP can find out that my NE-34 card is useful ).
