Intel Ambient Ham Driver. The drivers are for the Ambient HAM 56k pci modem with the MD563* and MD5628D chipsets.They will also work with other modems with the same chipsets.Unzip the file then reinstall the drivers for the pci communication device next to the yellow '?' in the device manager.This had my modem running on XP within seconds.
