This is nothing more than the generic PCTel 2K driver that I canged a couple of lines in to make it show the actual connection speed. It worked on a V1456VQH-P ISA modem (PCT388PA Chip). Used it to upload this driver. Best I can tell, it should work on other chipsets but haven't tried it. Hope it saves you some grief.
