It works with Win XP on my Dell 8100! It took me a while to figure out and many other drivers to try. Important remove completely previous/diffrent scanner drivers/software. May need to restart more than one time. Also, BIOS has to be set to EPP. FYI, am32w95.zip utility software also works with XP!
