3Com 003718-00 Driver. This driver was suggested by 3com technical support but they do not support it. I had to uninstall the 3com software, install this software, shutdown, plug in the camera and reboot. Once rebooted I went into Device Manager and did an Update Driver on the camera. Then it worked.
