Microtech DPCM-USB Driver. After MUCH searching I found that Microtech was acquired by SCMMicro. Their home page doesn't link to the drivers though! I finally found this at SCMMICRO.CUSTHELP.COM. 2 minutes later my week long battle was over. Bunch of other drivers their for Microtech stuff. Good Luck and DriverGuide rules!
